Staff was helpful. There was no air conditioning in the whole hotel when we arrived during the 90 degree weather days of August. Stuff happens and we were told it would be fixed shortly by the front desk Took them at their word and registered. The maintenance man promised us a fan just in case. He showed up at our room with a brand new fan from a local Target within the hour. Within 2 hours the air conditioning was back on. Maintenance man should be commended for going the extra distance. Also, the gal that ran the buffet breakfast was very sweet..

The location was very good! There’s a great fitness club I could attend! The chocolate cookies & the morning coffee are good! The rooms are clean & comfortable! There’s streaming services now that the rooms have been renovated.

Everything! Originally booked with Homes2Suites for family because I had no extra room to house them. Homes2 advised of some nonsense rule about living within 20 miles and they wouldn’t honor the reservation. I called Doubletree 800 number and the gentleman advised it would cost over 600 to reserve a room for the weekend for 4 ppl. I deemed that outrageous. I went on the booking app, reserved & paid for the room, went to the hotel to get the key and the front desk person Tia was a breath of fresh air. She was professional, patient, courteous and accommodating. My extended family enjoyed their room and they loved the breakfast buffet!

We did not have breakfast there. Someone told us the area was under renovation. The hotel is lovely and the staff was excellent t!

Rooms were nice, clean and bed very comfortable. Of course, the cookies were the main attraction, delicious!!
